Rule spnc-2026.1 · effective 2 January 2026 · checked 8 September 2026. Each person's first €200 weekly employee earnings is disregarded. Couple means are halved. The first €30 of personal weekly means does not reduce payment; the balance is applied in €2.50 bands.

Your principal home is normally excluded. This result does not include Living Alone, Fuel Allowance, Household Benefits or dependant additions.
